Frequently asked questions

I bought Pro, but the themes are still locked.

Open the settings in Endless Pi and tap “Restore purchase”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. This also unlocks Pro on a new iPhone, without buying it again.

Can I share Pro with my family?

No. Family Sharing is not enabled for Endless Pi Pro. Pro belongs to your Apple Account, on each of your devices.

How do records work?

A record only counts for attempts that start at the first decimal. If you choose a later start position in the settings or practice from a line in Study, you train that section without changing your record.

There are two records. In practice, hints are allowed and wrong digits only count as slips; the record is the furthest digit you have reached. In a challenge there are no hints and the first wrong digit ends the attempt; the record is the number of digits you typed correctly in a row.

What are weak spots?

The app remembers every place where you type a wrong digit or need a hint. Progress and Study show where that happens most often, and you can practice from exactly there.

Does the app need an internet connection?

No. All 10,000 decimals are inside the app, and you can practice in flight mode. Your iPhone only needs a connection to the App Store to buy or restore Pro.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone, in the app’s storage. There is no account and no server. If you use iCloud Backup, iOS backs up the app’s data with the rest of your device. More in the privacy policy.

Is Endless Pi available for Android?

Not yet. Endless Pi comes to iPhone first; an Android version will follow.
